On 18 October 2023, Andrea Jakes, Mark Firmin and Joanne Hewitt-Schembri of Alvarez & Marsal Europe LLP were appointed as Joint Administrators ("Joint Administrators") of Volta Trucks Limited ("the Company").
The Joint Administrators have been appointed to manage the Company's affairs, business, and property. The Joint Administrators act as agents of the Company without personal liability.
