We have achieved a successful sustainable building assessment that was carried out on our groundbreaking new Volta Trucks Hub building in London. This building will offer maintenance and servicing for our customers, and office facilities for employees.
This ‘Excellent’ rating was carried out by the Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method (BREEAM) – the world’s leading science-based suite of validation and certification systems for sustainable built environments. This rating marks a significant achievement, underlining our firm commitment to sustainability and environmentally friendly practices.

Emphasis on renewable energy and resource efficiency
A major contributor to the ‘Excellent’ BREEAM rating was our emphasis on renewable energy. Photovoltaic solar panels installed across the facility power a significant portion of the hub’s operations, reducing reliance on fossil fuel-derived electricity and consequently lowering carbon emissions.
